This is a set of three stamps with an oily black surcharge, widely spaced, reading 中華民國 Chinese Republic with the surcharge value below. Note - Kerr lists Mo Lin and Mu Ling as 2 separate towns, Chan lists this as two names for the same town "Mo Lin". Fisher in the Philatelic Gazetteer of Manchukuo also lists Mu Lin as an error for Mu Ling. In all probability all these names relate to the same town. Kerr 143 is therefore redundant. |
