Set of 7 hard to find, red, cross
shaped, 12 character surcharges. Kerr states that other values may
exist.
Chan recognises this set as belonging to Yenki and lists it under that town. Tu men is about 50 miles from Yenki. It is possible that this was a regional issue used in more than one town.
