Set of 7 hard to find, red, cross shaped, 12 character surcharges. Kerr states that other values may exist.

Chan recognises this set as belonging to Yenki and lists it under that town. Tu men is about 50 miles from Yenki. It is possible that this was a regional issue used in more than one town.

See also Yang's Postage Stamp Catalogue of The Peoples republic of China (Liberated Areas), he lists a somewhat larger set entitled the "Yabian Posts"

(My thanks to Roman Scheibert for providing some of the above images)

    Unlisted by Kerr

Kerr describes this as a soft purple overprint. The 2½f shown above is unlisted by Kerr or Chan and so it is either an undiscovered value or a fake. The overprint reads; left 北東 North East, right China.

Examples of both overprints known for this town are shown above.

These stamps have been identified by using Volume II of the Stamp Catalogue of China by Shui-Hon Chan and the four booklet guide The Local Overprinted Stamps of Manchuria 1945-7 by Allen D Kerr (published 1978 and now out of print). Both works are essential for anyone delving seriously into this subject.
